As published a few days ago by the Newsweek Costa Rica has been feature on the 35th place (over all ) as one of the best countries in the world, our country is just below Chile and it is the second place in Latin America.
Giants like China or Brazil are often beasted by tiny nations like ours simply because it takes less effort for this countries to improve the overall levels of well-being.
A good broad-based educational system is crucial - it is very closely linked to future economic prosperity.
There are no models for a national success, the winners of this ranking are quiet a varied group, and have found myriad ways to creat vibrant, healthy and happy societies.
Remember that, smaller is often better.
